Upon the arrival of your cruise, the guide will be waiting for you at the port, identified by the Shorex sign.
The guide will give us an introduction to the story of Ephesus, the journey of an hour and a half will allow us to reach the upper gate of the ancient city of Ephesus.
Throughout our visit, we will discover the unforgettable riches of Ephesus, the ancient capital of Asia Minor and the main port of the Mediterranean. We will admire the Agora, the Temple of Hadrian and we will contemplate the magnificent Celsus Library.
We will return to our bus to continue our itinerary, visiting this time one of the places most loved by Christianity and revered by believers, as the place where the Virgin Mary dedicated the last years of her life to retreat and prayer.
In the green of the Bulbul mountain, the humble little house was forgotten until 1892 when it was declared a sacred place of pilgrimage. On the foundations of the little house emerges today, a small stone church that has become famous for the numerous prayer trips made by Pope Paul VI and Pope John Paul II.
At the end of the excursion, we will return to port for farewell.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Cruise passengers who do not have the initial embarkation or final disembarkation in Turkey do not need to apply for a visa as long as they enter the country for a day trip, stay at the embarkation port and go back to sleep on that ship day.
If your cruise ends or starts in Turkey and you arrive or leave by plane, you will need a visa.
